for digital art commissions by OrmeLumex
These ToS can be modified by me at any time. By commissioning me, you confirm you have read and will abide by the ToS you’ve been sent upon contacting me.
I. GENERAL TERMS
● I reserve the right to reject commission requests.
● Prices are approximate; final cost depends on complexity, size, style, etc.
● I may use commissioned art for social media/portfolio, unless specified otherwise.

● The Artist provides the payment details upon agreeing on a request. The pricing may include any additional fees for extra services.
● Payment via PayPal, PayPal Friends & Family or Ko-Fi; The Client covers transaction fees.
● Non-refundable deposit (usually 50% if no less than 20 USD) required before work begins.
● Final payment due before Artwork deliveryIV. THEMES OF DRAWINGS

V. WORKFLOW PROCESS AND DELIVERY1. Customer describes their request in detail with references
2. We discuss the details and set a price
3. I make basic early sketches
4. Customer chooses the one they like most and pays 50% of the price upfront provided it’s no less than 20 USD; otherwise full prepayment. The customer must notify me about the transaction in no more than 24 hours.
5. I will send WIPs for further questions or periodically if the prepaid sum is big. During this step, the customer is entitled to free corrections and wishes that don’t contradict the initial request.
6. When the colors and composition are set, the customer pays the remaining balance.
7. I finish the artwork.
8. Customers can ask for a set amount of free small revisions. After that, any changes are paid for. (more below)
9. The customer chooses the size, file type and otherwise form of the drawing.
10. The commission is finished.VI. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION/REVISIONS
● 3 rounds of minor revisions are free of charge.
● Major revisions may incur extra charges.VII. CANCELLATION/REFUNDING POLICY
Cancellation by Client: In the event of cancellation by the Client before completion, the deposit is non-refundable. If the Artist has already begun work, additional fees may apply.
Cancellation by Artist: The Client will receive a full refund if The Artist cancels the commission for reasons such as unforeseen circumstances or terms violation.VIII. COPYRIGHT/USAGE POLICY
● Artist retains all rights, including copyright.
● Client has non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use.
● Commercial use requires written permission and may have additional fees.If you require any further information, feel free to contact me.
